DIY

While we encourage our customers to have home automation systems automatically installed, it is also possible to do it yourself - at least on a limited scale. Installing your smart home system yourself enables you to build it according to your needs and budget and adjust it later.
Nonetheless, it is important for you to know that installing the system yourself can be a challenging and time-consuming task. You need to know about the programming details and how to implement it properly.
Here is how much it can cost you to install a smart home system yourself:

  • Individual sockets cost 700-800 NIS for a single socket. This includes disassembly of the socket and installation of a socket that works on a wireless network.
  • You also need to purchase a central unit that costs approximately NIS 1,200.
